• Is my video safe with you?

  Yes — fully private.Your uploads are encrypted and private by default: only you can see them unless you create a share link yourself (which you can revoke at any time). We never view, sell, or train AI models on your videos. Original uploads delete within 7 days. Finished 3D videos stay hosted for as long as you're subscribed (free previews and Try Pack: 7 days). If you cancel, you keep a 30-day grace window to download.

• What if the 3D doesn't look good on my video?

  If our system fails to deliver a healthy conversion, we refund the minutes used. That covers server errors, jobs that never finish, or output that comes back broken on our side. We can't refund minutes spent attempting corrupt or unsupported source files — damaged codecs, truncated uploads, formats outside our published limits. Run a short test clip first if you're unsure (flat animation, heavy compression, and screen recordings are the trickiest content). The quality of the 3D result reflects the quality of the source. Upload the highest-resolution, cleanest-encoded version of your video for the best output — heavily compressed or low-resolution sources will produce a softer 3D effect.
